The Group has launched a Diversity & Inclusion Council – a cross-functional body of executives – to oversee the implementation of this agenda for the organization. The council is empowered to oversee changes that need to be made in overall policies, workplace infrastructure and raising awareness of this issue among our workforce.

We want to create a space for all voices at Vedanta, through the Diversity and Inclusion Council to ensure:
