CSR at Sesa Goa Iron Ore

IOB strongly believes in the 360 degree socio-economic upliftment of our community through structured CSR interventions. Therefore, Community Development and Sustainability are at the core of everything we do. At Sesa Goa Iron Ore we have a robust mechanism in place to execute our community development programmes for the benefit of the community at large. Our stress remains on a long term comprehensive approach and our CSR programmes are aligned to Sustainable Development Goals. Our stakeholder engagement and consultation process along with baseline studies and need-assessments help us plan our programmes for larger good and long-term benefits. Periodic Impact assessment is conducted to assess the effectiveness of the CSR programmes and to identify and implement scope for further improvements. Public Private Partnerships (PPP) and Community Consultations are the core drivers of our CSR projects. We partner with Government Agencies, Local Communities, Panchayats and like-minded organizations like NGOs for our CSR programmes to ensure that its benefits permeate through all strata of the society. Self-sustenance of the project is ensured through proper handover of the project to the community.

Normally, this test costs about 2000-3000 rupees outside. This is extremely helpful not only in the patient services but also for education and National Medical Council approval purposes."
